The Knowledge, Skills and Understanding which children gain through their study of Music can be regarded in terms of:

  • Evaluation
  • Communication

Children in Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6) are able to learn the guitar or violin.

All children are involved in regular performances each school year throughout their time in the school. These are usually linked with events in the Religious Calendar or significant moments in their school career.
